Ricky's journey began in 1991 when he joined the 82nd Airborne Division as an Infantry soldier. Over four years he demonstrated unmatched dedication to his service, culminating in being named Division Soldier of the Month out of a pool of 15,000 infantry soldiers. That early recognition set the tone: commitment to excellence and the ability to stand out in a competitive environment.
Rising through the ranks in mortgage
Transitioning to the mortgage industry in 1999, Ricky's leadership and work ethic showed up again. Starting as a Loan Officer Assistant, he climbed quickly, eventually becoming National Business Manager and now serving as President of EPiQ Lending. At every stage he has been a top producer.

Ricky's pursuit of excellence goes beyond his professional roles. He has been an active participant in the highest-level coaching programs, including The Core Training, Echelon Front, APEX, Arete, and the High Performance Institute.
