Team Growth to the Top

Geoffrey oversees and manages the ePropertysites program provided by Team Growth. His duties include one on one sessions on ePropertysites, Activerain, and all social media platforms with top producing agents in each profit center, conducting group classes once a week, and driving opportunities to the Loan Officers at every profit center.

Geoffrey Manes is an Arizona Native and one of the original members of Team Growth. He has spent the last 2 years at AmeriFirst Financial training and coaching Realtors on ePropertysites, Activerain, Social media and how to market their listings as well as themselves on the internet.

Geoffrey is great at one on one coaching in a entertaining manner while providing countless tips and tricks to help you get the maximum exposure on the web. He has said to all the agents he has met, "I'll never claim to be an Expert, because there is always more to learn."  In this day and age of technology it is very refreshing to have someone like Geoffrey on your side tirelessly trying to stay ahead of the "Tech" curve.

Making it Grow

Out of high school Geoffrey had an affliction with woodworking and started working as a carpenter building custom homes all over the valley gaining knowledge multiple aspects of home building  When Geoffrey was in his twenties he started and designed his own furniture line, that's when his customer relations skills were honed.

He was Owner and Operator of San Tan Furniture Designs with over 15 employees. Geoffrey personally managed and marketed this business for more then 10 years and supplied over 150 furniture dealers throughout the southwest. During this time Geoffrey had to learn the basics of a CAD C&C router system on his own with no knowledge of how it worked, with only his tech savvy and determination. He quickly learned how to program the system and take advantage of it's ease and profitability for his business, thus showing his ability as a self starter and not afraid of technology.

He then closed the doors and started his career as a Home Inspector. Geoff worked for Ability Home Inspections and later for S.O.S. Home Inspections and finally for himself. Geoffrey was at the time one of only twelve home inspectors in the state of Arizona that were dual certified in Home Inspections and Termite Inspections  When other Inspectors were still using carbon copy inspection reports, Geoffrey was dazzling Realtors with digital photos and using a Palm pilot  sending the reports via email. This is now normal practice for Home inspectors and shows that Geoffrey stays on the cutting edge of technology.

Joining the AmeriFirst team was only natural with such a well rounded individual when Team Growth was looking for a Director Technology and Coaching

Geoffrey is a loving husband, father, an avid football fan, and loves the Indianapolis Colts almost as much as his blended family. His team consists of Natalie his wife, who is also in the Real Estate industry. Rhiannon his very smart and funny 9 year old little girl, who loves to sing and dance. He is also the step father of 2 boys, Ethan and Aaron. Both his boys, ages 12 and 15, love to skateboard as well as properly stomp their step father at play video games. They love to go camping and out of the state on vacations.
