Focus On Going Deep With Your Clients and Referral Partners

I want to show you how my team goes deep with our clients, buyers and referral partners alike.  I have always made it a business practice to be highly educated in the field I am in, Mortgage Financing.  I spend a minimum of 10 hours a week sharpening my saw; whether that is reading, coaching calls, or studying guidelines.  This doesn't include the various market classes, seminars and top producing events.

To go deep with my clients 100% of the time I give them a comparative analysis report using an Edge Presentation that is called a Total Cost Analysis showing the difference between the different loan programs available to them.  See sample below:
I provide this so my clients can best choose the route they want to take, and have a clear understanding of what they are getting into.  Every clients situation is unique, so providing them ALL of their options in my opinion is a must!
